Suggestions that are needed for LSPD!

This is very confusing on how the LSPD is... We need TeamSpeak for one so we can always update and not use /backup.. I love this server but the thing that confuses me is that you do not have TeamSpeak to do the call outs or traffic stop to make it more rp..



As you can see they are talking on teamspeak and calling out where they are.. Like on other rp servers.. I think this would help LSPD a lot...
